Fun with Arachnids evening, Lewis & Clark College, July 10th

From the American Arachnological Society:

Please join us for a Fun with Arachnids evening!

A Fun with Arachnids event will occur in conjunction with the annual conference of the American Arachnological Society. The conference is being held in Templeton Campus Center on the campus of Lewis & Clark College. The public event will feature displays of living arachnids, videos of arachnids doing interesting things, and give you the opportunity to “Ask an Expert” about spiders and their kin. This will be followed by lively videos and talks about arachnids, and the interesting things they do.

The Casual Evening with Arachnids displays and mini-talks will take place on Sunday evening from 6:30-9 pm. This event is open to the general public, so please attend!

July 10, 2011
6:30 pm – 8 pm: Fun wih Arachnids: Featuring living spiders and scorpions, videos, and expert arachnologists: Stamm Hall inside Templeton Center
8:00pm-9:00pm: Casual Night with Arachnids: Talks in Council Chambers inside Templeton Center
