Tryon Creek State Park in the fall

Tryon Creek State Park in the fall

We had Afton in the middle of August, and Patrick went back to school not too long after. Therefore, I’ll be going for lots of walks with just Afton. I’m looking forward to seeing how she responds to time spent outside, like this walk at Tryon Creek State Park () a couple of days ago (photos). You can find Friends of Tryon Creek on Facebook, and they have recently joined Twitter.

It’s refreshing to see fall color again (even in picture form) when we haven’t seen color in awhile 🙂 You’re reminding me how much I love fall.
