Nature Days in the Parks: Camille Park, March 30

The Natural Resources department of Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District will hold a Nature Days in the Park at Camille Park in Beaverton on March 30th:

… join us for an afternoon of exploration in and around your neighborhood park. Learn how we are all connected to the nature around us and how THPRD is partnering with the community to preserve and enhance local natural areas. Education staff and volunteers will be leading interactive activities and Park Rangers will be available to answer your questions.

Camille Park
Saturday, March 30, 2013, 11am to 3pm

Did you know when you visit this park you are entering an amazing wetland forest? Home to beautiful flowering camas, rough-skinned newts, and grand Oregon oaks? Delve into this world through nature activities and hands-on displays.
Directions: Access the park by turning west from SW Scholls Ferry Rd onto SW Marjorie Lane. Enter from the parking lot at the end of Marjorie.

There will be other Nature Days in the Park in April and May, check here for dates and locations.
